Allied Electronics Trading, Inc. (AET) is a computer and electronics recycler, broker and reseller located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are licensed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (ID# FLR000107771). We assist businesses, educational institutions, government entities, non-profits, and other organizations with the disposal of end-of-life, surplus, defective, overstock, RMA, and obsolete personal computer, mainframe, network, telecommunications, and other electronic equipment.

The public is generally unaware that computer and electronic equipment contains toxic materials and heavy metals, such as mercury, lead, and lithium. The average computer monitor contains 5 lbs. of lead! These materials, if simply thrown in the trash, will end up in a landfill or incinerator, contributing to a toxic, unsafe environment.
